Kurri Kurri Car Inspection
When rego’s due, the last thing you want is a drawn-out inspection or a surprise issue that delays your pink or blue slip. At All Care Car Services – Kumho Tyre Platinum Dealer, we make the process quick, straightforward and stress-free for drivers in Kurri Kurri.
Whether you’re renewing registration on your everyday drive, need a defect clearance or have purchased a vehicle requiring a roadworthy certificate, our licensed inspectors are authorised to carry out pink slips (eSafety checks) and blue slips (unregistered vehicle inspections). We'll complete a thorough car inspection, explain anything that might be holding your vehicle back and can even carry out repairs on the spot in most cases.
We’re set up for cars, 4WDs, light trucks and more — and we get most inspections done same-day. Call us on (02) 4937 5991 to book your rego check and get back on the road without the waiting game.
Know What's Going On Under The Bonnet
If your rego is expiring soon — or your vehicle has been off the road — you’ll need a compliant car inspection to get things squared away. A pink slip confirms your registered vehicle is roadworthy and safe to drive, while a blue slip is required for unregistered, recently repaired or interstate vehicles entering NSW’s system.
We check everything from tyres and suspension to lights, brakes, exhaust and underbody condition, using the official eSafety system to lodge results directly with RMS.
If your car fails inspection, we’ll walk you through why — and give you a fair, realistic plan for getting it sorted. Need a rego-related repair? Our in-house mechanical team can handle it right away, saving you from having to rebook elsewhere.
To lock in a time or ask about what’s needed for your vehicle, call (02) 4937 5991 and we’ll get you sorted quickly and compliantly.
Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the difference between a pink slip and a blue slip?
A pink slip (eSafety check) is required when renewing the registration of a vehicle over five years old in NSW. It confirms the vehicle is roadworthy. A blue slip is more detailed and applies to unregistered vehicles, vehicles with expired rego, or those brought in from interstate — it confirms identity, safety and compliance before registration.
What happens if my car fails a pink or blue slip?
If your car fails, the inspector will provide a detailed report explaining what needs to be fixed. You then have 14 days to complete the repairs and return for a free re-inspection. If the vehicle isn’t re-inspected within that time, a full new check will be required.
How long does a rego inspection take?
A standard pink slip usually takes around 30–45 minutes, depending on the condition of your vehicle. Blue slips can take longer due to the additional identity and compliance checks. If repairs are needed, that time may increase — but in most cases, it’s a same-day service.
